ENROLMENT FEE AND CONDITIONS:

 CONGRESS MEMBERS WITH PRESENTATION (COMMUNICATION OR POSTER)

  · External UPV: 100 €

  · Staff UPV: 80 €

  · Students: 60 €

 CONGRESS MEMBERS AUDIENCE (WITHOUT COMMUNICATION OR POSTER)

  · External UPV: 90 € until 30 September (117 € from 1 October 2010)

  · Staff UPV:        70 € until 30 September 2010 (91 € from 1 October 2010)

  · Students:         50 € until 30 September 2010 (65 € from 1 October 2010), (student's documentation will be required).

 

 

The payment of the enrolment fee gives right to:

 · Assistance to the acts of the Congress.

· Certified Congress member as Speaker (in case of presenting Communication or Virtual Communication).

 · Certified Congress member Audience (in case of not presenting Communication or Virtual Communication).

 · Documentation of the Congress:  Program

 · The abstracts book

 POLITICS OF CANCELLATION:

 The rates of the Congress members will not be returned once closed the scientific program.

 There will not be attended requests of returns of rates by subsequently on 15 October 2010. The previous requests will be attended in 20 % of the fee.

INFORMATION RELATING TO THE INSCRIPTION AND CERTIFICATION

 - All the authors who want to obtain Congress Member  Speaker's certificate will have to realize the inscription and proceed with the enrolment fee of the modality that corresponds to him.

 - In case of a communication applied for different authors who do not want to obtain Congress Member  Speaker's Certificate, there will register and realize the enrolment fee of the Congress only the person who presents the communication of the oral way, for the publication.

 - In case of a virtual Communication presented in group, it will have to register and realize the enrolment fee of the congress at least a person as representative, for the publication.

- In case of acceptance of two Communications of the same author, an inscription will be realized by each Communication, supporting the total amount of the quota of the first one and only 50 % of the amount of the second one.

- The inscription is realized across the following link from 12 May 2010. Once realized the inscription online, it will receive response to proceed to the payment in a term lower than 5 working days.
