Short description of the virtual component: Students and teachers participate in a virtual session where the program is introduced and the main objectives are presented. Afterwards, general orientation talks are held where the fundamental needs and the main issues to be addressed are presented, taking into account mainly the 2030 agenda for sustainable development. After this, a series of activities take place in which the students work in teams and present solutions to specific problems, with the aim of breaking the ice and starting to think about future projects that they will develop during their in-person stay. The session closes by assigning a task to the teams on the future project that they will develop during their in-person stay. Finally, they will receive some useful recommendations to prepare their future stay in the destination country.
