Information Architecture (IA, not to be confused with AI a.k.a "Artificial Intelligence") is the practice and art of organizing, structuring, and labeling content effectively and sustainably. The primary goal of IA is to help users find information and complete tasks. This involves creating structures and systems that facilitate the navigation, search, and understanding of information.
