Undergraduate Calendar
Pre-registration
The dates vary each year. Pre-registration for the universities of the CV, where the UPV is located, takes place from the end of June to the beginning of July.
Enrolment
Once your admission to the UPV is confirmed, we will send you a message with the date and time for your enrolment. This will be in mid-July.
Master’s Calendar
Pre-registration
Each master’s degree starts pre-registration at different times, opening first for international students.
PHASE 0: November
PHASE 1: March to May
PHASE 2: end of June
PHASE 3: end of July and September
Enrolment
Depending on the pre-registration and the number of places available, registration occurs at different times in June, July or September.
Admitted in phase 1: beginning of June.
Admitted in phase 2: third week of July.
Admitted in phase 3: second week of September.
PhD student calendar
Pre-registration
Two periods are established. Each doctorate can apply for one of these two periods:
Period A: from the end of June to mid-October.
Period B: from September to mid-October.
Resolution
45 days after pre-enrolment, in the case of period A.
30 days after pre-registration, in the case of period B.

10 days after the admission
Admission process
All admission processes are done online by submitting scanned documents. A tutorial will guide you through the papers and procedures when you start the pre-registration process. You will be asked for supporting documents if you still need definitive documents. You have until December to present them physically.
