Compliance is essential to ensure a company complies with laws, regulations, and ethical standards, avoiding sanctions and legal risks. It also protects corporate reputation and fosters a culture of transparency and accountability. Its implementation brings legal, economic, reputational, and corporate benefits to the company and improves the confidence of investors, customer,s and employees, strengthening the sustainability of the business.
