Last Tuesday, February 18, we held our first training session entitled “Compliance as a Legal and Ethical Tool” where experts on the subject explained the importance of the Compliance department and its relationship with the Finance and Communication teams of the companies.
Throughout the session, students learned the basic concepts of Compliance and the criminal process that companies could face in case of omissions or failures in legal and ethical terms, as well as the importance of Communication teams for crisis management and to ensure that the entire company is aligned both internally and externally.
