The Pegasus Units specify the quality commitments assumed in their Service Charters and the indicators that allow measuring the fulfillment of these commitments.
These indicators are divided into two categories:
- Performance indicators: The company’s services are linked to the fulfillment of the commitments specified in the letter of services.
- Indicators of user perception or satisfaction: which measure the users’ perception of the service provided. These values are obtained from annual user satisfaction surveys.
In both cases, the results of these indicators and their evolution are accessible through the websites of each of the units.
