The Employment Observatory of the UPV through the SIE belongs to the Employment Working Group of the Sectorial Commission of Student Affairs of the CRUE (Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities) and has participated in the development of a collaborative project with 60 Spanish universities called Survey of employers of people with university degrees.
The objective is to interview 11,153 Spanish companies to analyze, both nationally and regionally, the adjustment of university education to the needs of the business fabric, in order to be able to respond to the professional profiles requested, knowledge and skills demanded and future hiring.
For us as Employment Observatory it is very important to know the assessment of companies and organizations in terms of university training, in order to connect the university with society and the business world, and improve our work in terms of training our graduates.
To meet this objective, the UPV has requested the participation of those responsible for the area of people, recruitment and / or recruitment of companies directly related to our University.
The results obtained will be published in a report that we hope will be of interest to both universities and participating companies.
