DOCENTIA Program

The Universitat Politècnica de València obtained certification of the implementation of the Teaching Activity Evaluation Model, within the framework of the DOCENTIA program, from ANECA in December 2012. The enhancement of the value of the teaching activity carried out in our University, through the certification achieved, allows to increase the quality of all processes related to the training of our students, and has been carried out annually and universally since then.

A substantial change in the evaluation model of teaching activity has been addressed in order to adapt it to the new framework of the Docentia program, published in May 2021 by ANECA.
During the definition and improvement process, the participation of the entire university community has been included through presentation meetings and the organization of various working groups open to the participation of the university community.
After two years of pilot implementation, we are currently in the certification phase. The visit from the ANECA evaluation panel will take place on November 14, 2024.
