DOCENTIA Program

The Universitat Politècnica de València obtained certification of the implementation of the Teaching Activity Assessment Model, within the framework of the DOCENTIA program, from ANECA in December 2012. The enhancement of the value of the teaching activity carried out at our University, through the certification achieved, allows to increase the quality of all the processes related to the training of our students, and has been carried out annually and universally since then.

A substantial change has been made to the teaching activity evaluation model in order to adapt it to the new Docentia program framework, published in May 2021 by ANECA.

During the process of definition and improvement, the entire university community has participated through presentation meetings and the organization of different working groups open to the participation of the university community.

After two years of pilot implementation, we are currently in the certification phase. The visit of ANECA’s evaluation panel will take place onNovember 14, 2024.
