Transmedia, learning, digital branding, neuromarketing, new narrative formats, virality, creativity, videogames, and humor on the net with Keunam and Hermoti are some of the topics to be discussed at the 9th edition of Comunica2, an international congress that combines technology and communication.

Program
This year’s program, as in previous editions, aims to reflect the new trends in communication and technology. On this occasion, we wanted to start with humor, with Keunam and Hermoti, two comic youtubers who have managed to fill the network with humor and music with “their own voice”. The network also provides us with a new learning experience, as Cristian Olivé and Elia Riudavets, language teachers at l’Escola Joan Pelegrí in Barcelona, will tell us. Learning, for young and old, can be based on videogames; the coordinator of the educational and training project espacio3.net, Marc Torrano, asks us a question in his talk “Young people, what are you playing? Comunica2 wants to go deeper into this video game industry with Adrián Cuevas, co-founder of Nomada Studio, who will talk about the success of Gris: an independent video game that has managed to attract even non-gamers.

Again, new narrative formats will be analyzed: journalist Álvaro Medina will talk about the experience of eldiario.es, Conchi Cascajosa, professor at the Carlos III University will analyze “The culture of series and transmedia script” and the director of infographics of Prodigioso Volcán, Rafael Höhr will discuss how to “Visualize information”; and the science of virality, by Jordi Moltó, scriptwriter and “maker” of videos of Hormiguero 3.0.

The program is completed with talks on “Fan phenomenon and digital branding” with Isabel Villanueva and Clara Nafría (manager of Alfred García and head of communication at Sweet Bird, respectively), “Inclusive language” by Judith González of the Fundéu-BBVA, “Seo o no Sem, online positioning and neuromarketing” with the marketer and speaker Pablo Vidal and a round table moderated by Xosé Castro on creativity.

Practical workshops
Practical workshops complete the Comunica2 program, workshops that will take place on the afternoon of Thursday, November 14th. Xosé Castro will help us on “Public speaking”; Gersón Beltrán on the strategies to follow for “Appearing for free on the first page of Google”. Mayte Vañó will give a workshop on “Trends in social media” and Amalia López, expert in communication will give a workshop on “Digital strategy for public administration”. Cefire participates and collaborates for the first time in the Congress and offers a workshop for teachers, “Corporate digital tools for teachers”, taught by Rebeca Ribera.
