On November 22, 2019 starts the seventh edition of Bocados de Cine, a conference organized by the Gandia campus of the UPV in which cinema and gastronomy go hand in hand to offer a full program of film screenings, debates and tastings. For this, there will be several specialists in audiovisual narrative that will analyze during these days the selected films, in which a dish, an ingredient, a recipe, a drink or a cooking technique are the protagonists.
The viewing of the film is open and free and will be at 19.00 h on November 22 and at 12.00 h on Thursday December 5 in Room B of the Teatre Serrano of Gandía, after its subsequent film analysis, the attendees registered for the gastronomic part will taste a menu prepared by expert kitchen staff, who will explain the characteristics of the gastronomic culture represented in each film and the cooking techniques used to prepare the different dishes on the menu.

- Thursday, November 22nd. Screening of the film ChocolatThe film will be presented by Lasse Hallström, and will continue with the cooking session at the FUSTA restaurant in Gandia.
- Thursday, December 5th. Screening of the film Eat, Drink, Loveby Ang Lee, and the practical session will be held at the restaurant Vins i Més.
