This contest is aimed at students of the UPV and the School of Art and Design of Alcoi and aims to actively raise awareness about the current situation that plagues plastics. The contest will consist of presenting a proposal for an element of urban furniture (bench or picnic table) for its subsequent production in recycled plastic. It will require the presentation of plans detailing the measures and the specification of the object and a PDF in A2 explaining the design (what it is, to whom it is addressed, what is its purpose…).
Contestants will send the required documents to the google form attached to the Instagram description of @prunuslab and can also access from the QR of the poster.
It has been organized by Prunus LAB (grup de generació espontània), with the collaboration of Precious Plastica non-profit organization from Gandia and financed by PC_ACTS_2023.Contest rules.pdf
