This workshop is aimed at UPV students, technicians, professors and researchers.
We have organized this workshop with the aim of recognizing the possibilities that craftsmanship can offer to academic and project work, around teaching and research at our university.
The face-to-face activity will take place, there will be a first contact with sewing machines and basic tailoring, and at the end the audience will be able to interact with the speaker.
Topics to be developed:
- Exhibition of the scope of the trade (accredited craftswoman)
- Practice proposed by the artisan
- Exhibition on the experiences developed with textile-fashion craftsmanship at the UPV (Drawing, Fine Arts and Design).
- Conversation with the artisan to evaluate possible future proposals at the UPV with the attendees.
