Sailboat
A group of athletes from the former sailing section of the UPV Sports Club, along with other members of the university community are the ones who promote the sport of sailing in the cruising mode. The aim of the group is to coordinate all those members of UPV Sports who wish to commit to the project and practice the sport of sailing. To this end, training sessions are held on weekends and they participate in regattas organized by the Real Club Náutico de Valencia.
The UPV has 2 boats, a Beneteau First 40.7 with a capacity for 10 crew members and a Platu 25 with a capacity for 5 crew members. Currently all the activity is carried out on the First 40.7.
