Reservation for sports partners
Free access for sports members. All players must be sports members.
The use of the facilities does not admit external non-member guests except for the squash, frontenis, trinquet and table tennis facilities of the Vera campus that admit the payment of a fee for the reservation of members playing with guests.

On-site or online reservation
You can book 8 days before the game date on the intranet or in the My UPV app.
Presential reservation in the sports buildings from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the sports pavilion of the Vera campus.
Reserve cancellation
Remember that you can cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance from the intranet or the My UPV app.
If for unforeseen and justified circumstances you must cancel the reservation with a shorter time you can do it through whastapp.
Confirm the use of the reservation
You must validate the use of the facility on the touch screens in the Hall of the nearest building.
You have 30′ before and 30′ after to do so. In case of not validating the use will be sanctioned according to the regulations.
You can delegate the validation of the installation to another game partner from your intranet (in case of late arrival or similar) but remember that the reservation holder remains the person who made the reservation.
Remember that in case of not validating the use, the user is disqualified from booking.
Use of lockers
Lockers are available in all sports buildings to be used exclusively during the time spent in the sports facilities.
They work with coins of 1 € (in deposit, recovered at the end) at the Vera campus and with a key at the Alcoy and Gandia campuses.
