Second day, with wind that has wanted to accompany the fleet, with 8-10 knots of intensity on an axis of 060º, allowing to launch the test to the wind (windward-leeward) with two upwind and two downwind with punctuality on a total of 6.35 nautical miles. At 12 noon the fleet headed for the second race.

On this occasion, unlike yesterday, the fleet arrived at the starting whistle very ‘open’ and without clear positions, although the favorites had the space to undertake the first upwind leg with clean wind. In this line was the ‘biggest’ of the fleet, the Aquarelle 1, a Ferrs 45 of Arturo Meseguer, which put the direct. Behind the same group that is always in front, with Majoche, UP Valencia, Neurored, Oui, and Lassal, mainly.

That group and those positions were not going to vary much during the first stern, nor in the following legs that remained to close the day’s race, although Meseguer’s Ferrs 45 increased their gap with the rest of the fleet, with Majoche following closely in their wake.

Once the race was closed and the corrected times were obtained, Aquarelle 1 won in ORC 1-2, while Neurored, Lassal and Davinci, although the latter shared the partial victory with TOM RCNV1, did the same in ORC 3, ORC 4 and ORC 5 classes.

After the sum of the two races the podium in ORC 1-2 is closed with Majoche, followed by UP Valencia, led this time by Elmar Ningel, and GDES Aerox, of Carlos Rosell. In ORC 3 the three places are for Neurored, who revalidates the title, Oui of Antonio Garcés and Entropia of Pablo Aleixandre.

In the ORC 4 and 5 fleet respectively, the podium was closed with Gonzalo Calvo’s Lassal, followed by Xavier Santamaria’s Reti and Ignacio García’s Sugurú, in the former, while in the latter the podium was formed by Davinci, which retains the trophy for another year, TOM RCNV 1 and Carlos Ballarín’s Lola II.
