A non-substantial modification of an official bachelor’s or master’s degree is understood to be those minor changes that improve the degree and do not affect the objectives or nature of the degree. Non-substantial modifications are considered not to be substantial if they do not affect the number of places, structure of the curriculum, teaching modality, objectives or training results, among others.
This protocol regulates UPV internal procedures.

Non-substantial modifications must be requested through thetitle management reportThe modification must be approved by the collegiate bodies of the UPV and submitted to AVAP for approval. Any non-substantial modification must be duly justified and must not affect the number of places, the structure of the syllabus, the teaching modality or the training objectives.
