Environmental Unit
The environmental management system of the UPV complies with the requirements of the ISO 14001 satndard and the European EMAS Regulation since the year 2009.
Our environmental perfoormance determines the impact that our activities have on the environment. Every year, representative indicators are calculated and actions of improvement are proposed.
Planning is essential to achieve permanent and measurable improvements. Both the Environmental plan and the Mobility plan are approved by the Government Council.
The carbon footprint is an indicator that allows us to know the contribution of university activity to climate change. The UPV has calculated its carbon footprint since 2014.
Our priority is the quality of the service provided and, therefore, the satisfaction of our stakeholders. UPV services, areas and offices aligned with the PE UPV 2027_ SIRVE and the Quality Policy .
