Basic Installation
Software and Hardware Installations in PAS/PDI Equipment
Applications must be submitted through the GREGAL system, clearly specifying the reuired IT needs,
The IT staff handles basic installation, so only software not included in the standard setup should be specified.
For software installation not licensed by the University or not available as free software, users must provide the necessary documentation certifying the license for installation on their personal computer.
Computer equipment installation, users must supply the original driver CD included with the product at the time of purchase, along with any additional material required for assembly.
EPSG User Service
Communicating with EPSG Information Technology Unit Staff
Incident reports and requests should be submitted through the Gregal System.
If the Gregal System is unavailable, communication can be made by telephone to the IT operators at extensions 43072 and 43600 or mobile numbers 13072 and 13600.
Should neither of these options be feasible, calls may be directed to the technical specialist (extension 43070, mobile 13070), the Systems and Network Programmer Analyst (extension 43073, mobile 13073), or the Applications Programmer Analyst (extension 43601, mobile 13601).

Virtual Classroom
Remote access to virtual computers with practice software is available, allowing connection from any device, including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, or external computers. The required information and software to establish the remote connection can be found on the designated webpage.
UPV Software for installation on University Community Computers
Software included in the corporate licenses managed by ASIC is available, along with all necessary documentation, such as installation guides, activation keys, and more. Additionally, you’ll find recommendations for free software that may be of interest.
