Legal Notice for the Publication of Content

The applicant of the publication of content on social networks or website of ETSIADI, fully assumes all responsibilities related to image rights and intellectual property of the material provided for such publication.

You understand and agree that it is your duty to ensure that all content you request to publish, including but not limited to text, images, graphics and any other material, complies with applicable intellectual property laws and that you possess the necessary rights to disseminate it.

In the event of any claim or legal action arising in connection with the material provided, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETSIADI, its affiliates, representatives and employees, from any damage, loss or expense incurred as a result of the request for publication.

In addition, the applicant irrevocably assigns to ETSIADI all rights to use the material provided for any purpose related to future publications or as part of the center’s publicity material. This includes, without limitation, the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, modify, create derivative works and use the material in any medium or format, whether now known or developed in the future.

The applicant acknowledges that this assignment is made without expectation of compensation and that ETSIADI has no obligation to use the material provided.
