Dr. Valentina Rognoli
ETSIADI activity promoted by the Committee of the Doctoral Program in Design, Manufacturing and Industrial Project Management, with the support of the Doctoral School and Valencia Disseny Week.
Talk on the expressive-sensory dimension of materials, based on twenty years of research in the field of materials and technologies that shape our daily lives. Dr. Valentina Rognoli (Politecnico di Milano) will focus her presentation on DIY materials, whose main characteristic is that they are mostly obtained from “ingredients” derived from the world of natural and animal resources, or from waste from other processes. This talk, which is supported by the internationalization actions of the Doctoral School of the UPV, will be held mainly in English. Dr. Rognoli will be among us that week, leading a seminar for our graduate and doctoral students (to which you can sign up via CFP), as well as holding meetings with professors and researchers of the School.
