Looking for accommodation to study at the UPV?
The Universitat Politècnica de València helps its students free of charge to find accommodation that meets their expectations and needs. To do this, it maintains a database that serves as a meeting point between students and individuals who offer rooms in shared apartments, accommodation in a family home or apartments to rent.
The Universitat Politècnica de València is not responsible to either party for the conditions of the accommodation or the behavior of the tenants, nor for the fulfillment of payments. Its service is simply intended to facilitate the search for students. Its role is that of a mere intermediary between students and landlords.
Both the agreement on the conditions of the accommodation and the rental contract will be stipulated directly between both parties. In no case will the Universitat Politècnica de València admit claims related to these matters.
