Reservations for class recuperations, exams, extra classes, etc., are made directly by e-mail to the Subdirección de Ordenación Académica: 

• APPLICATIONS: soa@etsinf.upv.es 

For all other bookings (PIAE+ meetings, tutorials, courses, thesis, project meetings, etc.), theauthorized users(PTGAS and PDI assigned to the center) can manage them.through the corporate application Monnegre.  

• APPLICATIONS: Reservation of rooms, classrooms and spaces (Monnegre). 
• INQUIRY: solicitud-reservas-etsinf@upv.es 

Applications must necessarily be accepted by the application administrators,being necessary to fill in all the requested fields in the reservation request;

• Rooms:Assembly Hall, Meeting Room, Presentation Room, etc….
