Description of the title

The Master’s Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology of Plants (MUBMCP) aims to train specialists in the use of advanced technologies for research and biotechnological applications in plants. This program, offered by the UPV in collaboration with the CSIC, combines theoretical and practical training in key areas such as molecular and cellular biology, plant biotechnology, and applications in agri-food, pharmacological and environmental sectors. With a duration of 90 ECTS, the master’s degree enables graduates to lead innovation and development projects in academic and business fields.

Objectives of the degree

The Master aims to train specialists capable of applying advanced knowledge of the molecular and cellular bases of the key processes of plant organisms, in order to design innovative solutions in plant biotechnology for sectors such as agri-food, pharmacology and the environment.
