The Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering aims to provide an understanding of all the processes (physical, chemical, biological, ecological, soil, economic, social, etc.) that occur in the interaction between humans and the environment, with the aim of giving you the tools to tackle current challenges in the field of environmental engineering: preventing and mitigating the effects of polluting processes; characterising the effects of global change and its relationship in the assessment of risks and natural disasters; addressing the sustainable management of natural resources and ecosystems.
You will be able to work in engineering and environmental services consultancies, service and infrastructure concessionaires, construction companies, climate change consultancy, international organisations and government environmental agencies. You will also be able to work in higher education and research centres.
You can complete your training at one of the more than 70 foreign universities with which we have mobility agreements, in countries such as France, Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, Finland, Austria and the United States, etc..
You have the option of paid internships in the best engineering and environmental services consultancy firms, as well as in different public administrations.
The Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering gives you access to the following UPV university master's degrees: Environmental Engineering and Hydraulic Engineering and Environment. In addition, you will be able to opt for access to other master's degrees with the corresponding training complements.
