4 - The systemic approach: information design as a system

We will work on a very broad spectrum, from General Systems Theory to Interaction Design. we will try to delve into how the engineer or designer of information systems (whether it be a website, an app, an intranet, an online tool, a robot, a machine...) can incorporate the cognitive perspective into their battery of knowledge in their general and specific design. So, we will go from the general to the specific, on this journey towards how we can help those users to be more effective and efficient when interacting with that space or information system.
