Self-Assessment

Definition

The student's own evaluation of both the learning process and the results achieved, with the aim of analysing, improving and/or changing them.

To foster student autonomy.
To assess the student's progress during specific tasks or activities.
To get to know how students perceive themselves: their interests, expectations, level of motivation, etc.
To promote divergent and critical thinking as well as creativity.
To promote honesty in making judgments about oneself.
